Pernod Ricard Creates New England Business Unit

Pernod Ricard USA announced a realignment of its Northeast Business Unit, effective January 1. Winebow's New Owners

New Jersey-based Winebow has announced that they have a new majority owner, Brazos Private Equity of Dallas. The deal involved the transfer of ownership from private equity firm, Freeman Spogli & Co., Winebow’s majority shareholder since 2004, to Brazos.
